Video counseling

You can arrange video counseling with us via our online platform or by telephone. You will receive the access link for a video counseling at an agreed time via the online platform. In order for video counseling to take place, we need your confirmation that you have read our information on conducting a video counseling and that you agree to these general conditions. This declaration of consent cannot be anonymous, but requires personal details.

Booking an appointment in 3 steps

Choose your counseling topic: exceptional experiences (ExE) or spiritual and meditation-induced crisis (SMK)?
Choose a time that suits you (see office hours).
The appointment (telephone or video counseling) is then booked directly via the Assisto online platform

Important notes

Short-term changes to the regular telephone counseling hours will be announced on our answering machine.
Counseling can also be arranged individually (outside office hours), preferably by e-mail via the online platform.
Bookings must be made at least one day before an appointment.
The platform used for video counseling complies with the data protection security requirements of the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KBV).

Anonymity and data protection

To use our online platform, all you have to do is register with a freely selectable advertising name, an e-mail address and a password.
If you wish to remain anonymous, you can choose a nickname as your display name and an e-mail address that conceals your identity.
It is generally possible to use our online platform without disclosing any personal information that could identify you.
