\u201eSystems\u201c (innerpsychische Anteile von Individuen\/Klienten, Familien, Organisationen,\u2026) durch Stellvertreter positioniert und miteinander in Bezug gesetzt werden. Damit lassen sich Dynamiken sichtbar machen, welche sich herk\u00f6mmlichen Methoden oft entziehen.<\/p>\n

Eine pr\u00e4gnante Eigenschaft von Aufstellungen zeigt sich in der F\u00e4higkeit der Stellvertreter, in ihren Rollen unmittelbaren Zugang zu Informationen zu bekommen. Sie k\u00f6nnen Emotionen, innere Bilder und K\u00f6rperempfindungen wahrnehmen, Gesten ausdr\u00fccken oder S\u00e4tze formulieren, die verbl\u00fcffend pr\u00e4zise Personen und charakteristische Eigenschaften des aufgestellten Systems beschreiben.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus kommt es zu Synchronizit\u00e4tsph\u00e4nomenen. Stellvertreter werden in Rollen gew\u00e4hlt, die Personen oder Situationen ihrer eigenen Herkunftsfamilie gleichen, oder es treten w\u00e4hrend der Aufstellung \u201ezuf\u00e4llige\u201c Ereignisse auf, die in einem sinngem\u00e4\u00dfen Zusammenhang mit ihr stehen.<\/p>\n

Mein Vortrag will einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber Methoden, Anwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten, Potentiale und Grenzen der Aufstellungsarbeit geben. Er schildert Beispiele von ungew\u00f6hnlichen Erfahrungen und geht auf die Eigent\u00fcmlichkeiten der Wahrnehmungen ein.
